Delivery Info
We provide free delivery to local addresses in Singapore. Please ensure
that the delivery address is correct. Should delivery be attempted
to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you via telephone
to re-confirm the address. A surcharge of $20.00 will be imposed if
such situation arises.
Delivery within Singapore will be made via Singpost's Registered Article service and will normally take 3-5 working days upon
order receipt and successful processing of payment, and 14 days for
overseas deliveries. In the unlikely events whereby a product is out
of stock, we will ship the in-stock
items of your order immediately and the remaining items as soon as
they are in stock. In the rare event that the item you ordered is
still out of stock after 14 days, we will notify you and give you
the options of continuing to wait for your order or cancel your order.

will refund
the full unshipped amount to you.
DressMeTender.com
is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments
on orders where the courier service confirms delivery.
For prompt and timely deliveries, it is important to provide the name,
address and telephone number of the recipient. Please ensure that
the recipient information provided during the shopping checkout process
is accurate.
As soon as we ship your order, we will send you an email notification.
If you have not received your purchased items within 5 working days
after receiving our email notification, please inform us immediately
at info@DressMeTender.com.
Refund and Exchange
We will ensure that our products are in good condition before
shipment. Hence, goods sold are not returnable. However, we
will consider all refund/exchange requests on a case by case basis, provided
that the goods are in their original good condition and
packaging. Any request for refund/exchange must be made within
3 days of receipt of the products.
Any refund or exchange will be given at the sole discretion of
DressMeTender.com.
Packaging
In normal cases, your purchase items will be packed into a classy
and elegantly sealed packaging box. Sometimes, we also use envelopes to pack for
small items. But in both cases, the packaging materials will be non-transparent
and all items are packed meticulously and discretely. We will ensure our packaging shows no signs of what
the product is intended for on the outer package.
